Dave Knode Provides High Definition Video expertise for ESPN's Press Premiere of 3

When Dave received the call from ESPN's Original Entertainment Division he knew there would be challanges. From interfacing both dolby pro logic and discrete six channel surround feeds into the Phillips Place Cinema's Dolby Processor, to developing a support structure to hold the weight of over 500 pounds of control and projection equipment in the stadium seating of the theater. Dave was put to the test. Arranging the arrival of over $130,000 worth of hard to find, High Definition video playback equipment to be flown in overnight from across the country was the first challenge. Then interfacing this network of complex and unfamilier equipment to provide maximum resolution to the screen from Paradigm Communications Group's Christie Digital Projectors. And providing a completely redundant playback system with only a three second change over from primary to backup of both video and surround sound. Not to mention, we wouldn't have the tapes or playback machines until 7 hours before the event!

This event had to go off without a hitch. And the combination of Dave Knode's dedication, expertise, and the abundance of equipment, personel, and logistics resources provided by Paradigm resulted in a flawless presentation.
